The Associate of General Studies (AGS) is for students who wish to study
a variety of areas without committing to a specific field and is designed
to provide exposure to a wide array of educational experiences. This degree
provides a general background for students who wish to transfer, but are
undecided about a major and for those simply seeking a general educational
experience preparing to enter the world of work or for life enrichment.
